About our processes:
1) Mailing list
We use Mailchimp to power our mailing list. When you register your interest, we store your information and send correspondence. You can opt out of the newsletter at any time and we will stop processing your data.
We will retain your data until you unsubscribe. We will only ever take your name and email address for mailing list purposes only.

2) When working with third parties
When engaging with third parties for business purposes, we process contact details of people at those organisations as a legitimate interest. We will retain that information until deemed out of date or we receive a request to delete it.
